It would be hard had she perished during war but this is especially hard because her death is due to the negligence of some incompetent officials. I wish to extend my condolences to the Bezaleli Family on the loss of their beautiful daughter Hila z"l.

this and try them. If found guilty, then a long prison sentence without vacations or parole would be fitting. Let the prisoner(s) spend years inside without visitors. And make sure the guilty pay a heavy fine. Too many "experts and engineers" are lax about their work. Too many people in positions of authority are unqualified.
