31. He was born in Rafah in the Gaza Strip
Ian ,   Newcastle upon Tyne   (04.20.12)
The place where aAbu Mazook was born in 1951is no longer under occupation by Israel,if,indeed, you call it 'occupation'.So that was just one of his lies. THREE CHEERS FOR ISRAEL!!!
32. MORE BS, FROM BS ARTIST
Mark from Georgia ,   USA   (04.20.12)
More lies from proven and repeated liars. Nobody "kicked out" his family. They chose to go to war with Israel...with the stated purpose...to annihilate the new country. They lost that war and many others. There are consequences to poor decisions, and certainly the Arab leaders telling the Arabs to leave...just to make way for the Arab armies...to destroy Israel. Hey, you lost the war(s), and you left, because you wanted to. Don't blame Israel or the Jewish people who lived there for defending themselves against your Arab aggression. Save the Pallywood rewrite of history, it's nonsense.
33. #2 - But Jews don't occupy Jordan
William ,   Israel   (04.20.12)
and that's where "Palestinian" homes are. The Jewish homes which are occupied by immigrant hostile Arabs are dotted across the land - in Jerusalem, Jericho, Hebron, Shechem, etc. Let's talk about removing these illegal immigrant Arabs first from land they squatted on since the 1930s, then we'll talk about the Jews who have a land deed in their hand, ok?
34. If a so-called legitimate part of the Pally govt
William ,   Israel   (04.20.12)
won't adhere to the agreements that their own govt has signed, then there is no reason to embark on the agreement at all. Abbas asks for tons of pre-conditions, and Hamas says "we won't adhere to the agreement even if you gave us all of that". Actually, Abbas said the same thing indirectly. The only option left is status quo or IDF cleaning house, but if I were the PA, I'd blow the dust off of my Jordanian passports. They are going to be needed very soon.
35. Israel must accept the return of refugees
Victory Spiegel ,   Switzerland   (04.20.12)
It is the best political solution for the Palestinians and the Arab world. Like me, a jewish woman from the USA, Jews will allways find a place to live in this world, also in future Palestine.
36. Sarah B.
Tom ,   Boston USA   (04.20.12)
Sarah B., please run for president.
37. Um...Sarah B is stupid
Khaled ,   USA   (04.20.12)
Israel lost its 2006 war with Lebanon and the 2008 war with Hamas. Israel gained NOTHING from both of those wars, therefore, no win. You can murder thousands of civilians, doesnt mean you won.
38. fundamentals
portia ,   san diego   (04.20.12)
Fundamentally speaking, it's the English, French, and the UN who ultimately issued the Mandate for us to have a country of our own, thus redistricting, dividing up land, and "kicking out" the Palestinians...
39. If hamas doesnt want peace
A ,   Belgium   (04.20.12)
than give them a war that they'll never forget, or live through. Now if someone could wake up Defense Minister Mushmouth Barak from his afternoon nap...
40. Awan abu marzook Double Talk and True Intentions
(04.20.12)
quote you say you have nothing Against Jews, The Israeli government and Israeli Jews who you say kicked your family out of their homes and stole your land. LMAO. News flash Your family Left Israel when six arab countries said; quote when we Push The Jews into the sea (Med) then you can come back and have all of the Hebrew/Jewish Land!!! As to the part of your land it's in mecca and medina aren't These Two and Only two places Mentioned in your contrived book called the koran? But lord balfour stated that two Lands for two people would be #1 Israel from Eilat to the south, to the land of the cedars to the north. West to the Med and East from Including All of Judea and Sumaria!!! This is Israel. #2 east of Judea and Sumaria is trans-jordan. This is abu marzook's land, if he has a Beef he needs to it up with the pseudo-king of the heshemites his brethren arabs!!! This is Two Lands for Two People #1 Israeli and #2 arab. שבת שלום/ברוך שם הה
41. Israel wont honour the lifes of Hamas terrorists !
who cares   (04.20.12)
Only a dead terrorist is a good terrorist !
42. Israel is the land of the Jews not
Don Rosenberg ,   Palatine USA   (04.20.12)
the invented racist people. Israel should refuse to recognize these fake people and their plan to kill all Jews. They don't recognize, we don't recognize this racist cult..Mr. muslim get over the many embarrassing defeats you cowardly racist muslims had against us Jews. You are truly the scum of the earth.
43. #35 People like you give Palestinians false hopes
Sam ,   Canada   (04.20.12)
It's because of people like you and Palestinian leaders that Palestinians are still sitting in refugee camps all these years. The Palestinians are encouraged to believe that they should hold out because soon they will move to Israel. The overwhelming majority of Jews reject this. There should be no false hopes for Palestinians.
44. Who's stupid, Khaled?
Tahl   (04.20.12)
Israel may not have scored a decisive win in 2006, yet we effectively ended the Hizbullah threat on our northern towns, and now Hasan Nasrallah lives like a rat in his bunker and rarely comes out. As for 2008-9 Cast Lead operation - it was a decisive win for us. We managed to hit Hamas where it hurts, kill its highest commanders, bend it on its knees and beg for a cease fire. And you know the best part (besides us hardly having any casualties)? The world didn't buy into the usual Pali victimhood that time. Cast Lead proved a decisive precedent in dealing with terror - hitting the terrorists hard and decisively enough certainly does the job. Since then, Hamas actually opposes the launching of rockets into Israel, for fear of retaliation. In the latest skirmish with Israel, Hamas took a lot of heat from Pali opposition groups for trying to tone down the fire. I suggest you'd check the actual facts before calling anyone stupid.
45. Get Used To It
Farnsworth ,   Billings, U.S.   (04.20.12)
Jews have been living in the Land of Israel for over 4,000 years, not just since 1947. GET USED TO IT
46. Um, Khaled at #37 is the stupid one
michael ,   new york   (04.20.12)
You seem to have left out the part about rockets being fired from Gaza into Israel by Hamas and the infraction by Hezbollah in the north including capturing and killing of Israeli soldiers. Those are the actions which started the war. As for the civilians you claim were "murdered", your fearless leaders used them as human shields. I'm sorry that they died, but blame your own leaders for their deaths. You Arabs are always looking to blame the Israelis and Jews for all of your problems. You all need some serious therapy.
47. "History Starts with Islam"
Frankie Littlehammer ,   New Herstal, Texas   (04.20.12)
History starts when Islam and Muslims first arrived. Never mind the Serbs and Croats who lived in Bosnia before the Turks arrived on the scene. Never mind that Kosovo was the Serbian capital before the Turks came. We don't care that Armenians, Greeks and Kurds had been living in what's now Turkey for thousands of years before the Turks occupied the land one thousand years ago. I could go on and on but you get the idea.
48. #37 - we did?
William ,   Israel   (04.20.12)
If the only way to win the war was to utterly and completely wipe out Hizbullah and Hamas, then yes. But following the 2006 war - S. Lebanon was in destruction, Hizbullah lost hundreds of terrorists and lots of intelligence info which the IDF gained of their operations, Hizbullah lost LOTS of weapons which were mostly hit within the first 34 minutes. They lost infrastructure which was buried in civilian areas in S. Lebanon. Nasrallah publicly apologized on TV and Lebanon received over 12,000 foreign UN troops on her land. Since then, Nasrallah has been quiet, and quick to deny relation to any attack on Israel. If that's not a win in Israel's favor, what is? Regarding Case Lead - over 1000 Gazan terrorists killed, almost all of their weapons stores destroyed, and barely any Israelis killed as we fought door-to-door in Gazan urban settings. Hamas hasn't been as brazen and often blames others for rocket fire knowing the outcome of Cast Lead. They are quick to demand a cease-fire in lieu of Cast Lead 2. The UN has justified the blockade around Gaza which has never gone away. And no war crimes or other actions have been attributed to Israel legally though they've tried. Even your post uses old, debunked lies on "thousands of civilians" murdered yet you're silent that Hamas/Hizbullah used them as human shields. Guess what - Western NGOs didn't and they got the UN to announce both Hamas and Hizbullah committed war crimes. Dumbass.
49. Bibi it's 18:45 Shabat Eve and Israel's

50. Nothing Against Jews
David ,   NY, USA   (04.20.12)
Hamas means to say that they have nothing against Jews in general. They only have an issue if Jews want rights
51. To: No. 37
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (04.20.12)
1. I note for the record that Netanyahu does not live in a bunker thirty meters underground. Nasrallah does. And Israel took great pains to keep collateral damage to a minimum. Don't count on that happening again. Do you have any idea what Israel can bring to bear against Hezbollah? Any idea at all? 2. Hamas used to control the Gaza Strip. Now they are so busy vying with competing terrorist organizations and a very unhappy civilian population that they scarcely have time to devote to terror. They also know that Israel has said that ANY terror stemming from the Strip will be viewed as the responsibility of Hamas. Well over 85% of the people who died in Operation Cast Lead were terrorist operatives. Nearly all of the civilians who lost their lives were used as human shields by terrorists operating in the Strip. I am hard-pressed to think of any country in the world besides Israel that would go to the trouble of dropping leaflets warning of an impending attack and giving civilians time to evacuate the area. If terrorist operatives in Gaza actively prevent those civilians from leaving the area -- well, the blame falls squarely upon the terrorist elements, doesn't it? But make no mistake. Israel won, as we have always won. The ersatz "Palestinians" are more factionalized than ever; they do not have a state AND THEY NEVER WILL. He who laughs last, laughs best. That would be the State of Israel and the Jewish people.
52. peace treaty--
arne ,   chicago usa   (04.20.12)
might be bad for the Pals--internat'l funding will most certainly be cut and they will become accountable for their actions or inactions. they are better off now then almost all their bretheren in other arab lands. they do not need a peace deal, just don't start any CRAP.
53. ignorant people
khaled ,   usa   (04.20.12)
Israels goal was to destroy Hamas and hezollah. It failed, hence losing the war. Simple as that. Hamas now has rockets that can strike farther, and Hezbollah can shower Israel with rockets if attacked. Sorry guys this isn't the bad Israel that can do whatever it wants without worrying. If it is so big and powerful why can't it just attack Hamas or hezbollah. If they can't destroy militia groups, how does it defeat Iran? :)
54. @ no.37
Ahron ,   Holon, Israel   (04.20.12)
Actually, Israel is still here. If Israel had lost, we'd all be dead. As you can see, that hasn't happened. So, you can stop burying your head in the sand, it doesn't help. Repeating the same dribble over and over again is insanity.
55. Is this a news?????
Anna M Sedda ,   Rome-Italy   (04.20.12)
Your land?since when?go to work and maybe before you are 60 you might have the money to buy a piece of land...
56. To: No. 53
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (04.20.12)
Hezbollah knows that if so much as one rocket is fired into Israel from southern Lebanon, the punishment that will rain down upon Lebanon will be unlike anything you can imagine. As to Hamas rockets -- Hamas is having enough trouble controlling all the various terrorist organizations operating in the Strip. Can Israel attack Hamas or Hezbollah? Of course we can. We can destroy both rather quickly. We are not bloodthirsty and violent the way you are. But make no mistake -- irritate us one time too many, and Israel will put an end to you despicable lot. As to Iran -- Israel has turned all their computer networks into hash. If we have to, we will take the next step. Make absolutely no mistake about that. Keep in mind that Israel is a nuclear power, with the capacity for delivery from a variety of platforms -- air bombardment, sea, missile and orbiting platform. I guess you've forgotten that.
57. Who is stupid ?
Yosef Y. MSc' ,   USA   (04.20.12)
Right on, Tahl, A very intelligent and factual message of yours is sadly being wasted on a moron, who since day one lived in his 1001 nights stories. These are 100% wishful thinking and also to sweeten the pot: paranoid -schizophrenic finger pointing. This Khaled's "thinking" represents the criminally insane "mentality" of his rank and file Hamasniks. They must and will be eliminated.
58. Khaled's Posturing
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (04.20.12)
Endemic to Arabs, generally. Nothing is ever their fault. They are innocent little lambs. They don't engage in terrorist acts, or violence or wanton and depraved acts of murder. They are the "persecuted" ones (despite over seven decades of very well-documented evidence to the contrary). They are the "brutalized" ones (over seven decades of very well-documented evidence to the contrary here, too). Why should the rules of war apply to them? They didn't mean to start and lose six wars; they deserve another chance. And another chance after that, and another chance after that because, after all, they are never responsible for anything that befalls them. They are pure as the driven snow. Et cetera, et cetera, et cetera, ad nauseum. And they certainly are nauseating.
59. #53 - Ignorant to the core
Shmuel ,   Anaheim, CA, USA   (04.20.12)
How typical of Arabs - invent some imaginary Israeli goal and then when it's not achieved, claim Israeli loss. Can you show ANY reference, other than your fertile imagination, that Israel's goals were to destroy Ham-ass and Mizballah. You can't, so kindly stick that IGNORANT label on your forehead. Both wars were started by the terrorist organizations; Israel had to go in and teach them a lesson. This was done in a very effective way - witness the total lack of enthusiasm on the part of the terrorists to start another war.
