Turkey has access to 90, B61 (300Kt yield) nuclear weapons already at its Incirlik AF base, albeit under de jure NATO command. Turkey also has a weapons sharing treaty with Pakistan which includes nuclear warheads. In addition to the above, Turkey has Short Range Balistic Missiles which can carry nuclear warhead as confirmed by the UN Register of Arms. If Barak or Israel is not aware of the above then Mossad is not doing a good job.
