Are we sure that it was indeed Molotov cocktails, or was the fire started by a careless individual in one of those apartments? Did the fire endanger the lives of other householders living in the building? Seems to me that if someone who is in Israel illegally in the first place carelessly starts a fire that could claim the lives of many, "Molotov cocktail" is a tailor-made excuse.
