Iran has achieved the complete nuclear fuel cycle. They can mine uranium, enrich ot and make fuel rods for use in their reactors. There is no power in the world that can deny this fact or reverse it. The US can not pull up their own pants now, they are in no position to allow or not allow Iran to have what they already own.
