All structures illegally built on private land should be razed, that includes Arab structures, but the "High Court" will only attack Jews. "Private ownership" should be proven, but the "High Court" will accept hearsay and forgeries presented by foreign-funded organizations if they can attack Jews. Private ownership over public land granted during the illegal occupation by Jordan cannot be accepted, but the "High Court" will accept it to evict Jews. Anywhere else, if a person innocently built on private land and the owner comes only years later to claim his land, the owner is only entitled to compensation. The "High Court" will ignore this as long as they can attack Jews.

Also Hitler kicked people off of land so Germans could have more living space. It is therefore hypocritical and antisemetic that Jews can't do the same and kick Palestinians off of land so Jews can have more living space. We're not trying to kick arabs off the land. There were no arabs living there, & there hasn't been arabs living there for a long time (if ever). If arabs really own the land, they need to bring proper documentation. It's been a long enough time that, at this point, they should receive financial compensation if they can prove the land is theirs.
