Secondly, as someone who lives with this disorder, which is essentially bi-polar disorder with psychotic manifestations, I must state that although her misfortune abroad may have indeed triggered the outbreak of her symptoms, this disease generally has a genetic predisposition and a variety of intertwined causes, and is still not completely understood by experts.
