What is offensive to one, is complimentary to another. I would imagine a women (not girl but women) dressed in a provocative way, can expect provocative comments and gestures, and at the same time I would think that a women who does not appreciate provocative gestures or language, would have enough self dignity not to dress in a provocative way. I really don't see what's so hard here...BUT once it becomes physical its a whole different ball game, and has little to do with how one is dressed, and more with how one was raised.

Just liek haredim have the right to go around looking like something out of an 18th century shtetl, with the women looking like sacks of potatoes, so do secular women of any age and of any shape, have the right to dress as they choose. Define slut. What does a slut wear, how much body does she have to expose.
