If they are that worried that these individuals might die, then I recommend to the Israeli officials that they put these individuals in soft restraints (the kind that are used in non psychiatric hospitals to prevent medical patients from pulling out tubes), insert a nasogastric tube down their esophagus into the stomach and force feed them the sort of nutrition that patients in the hospital receive.
