Guys, I know this might come as a surprise to you, but we never get to hear the voice of the Iranian people, only their government. The beauty of this group is that it allows ordinary Israeli and Iranian PEOPLE to talk to each other, get to know each other, break down misconceptions, etc. Maybe we should give them a chance and hear what they actually have to say?

Actually, truth be told, the FaceBook page this couple started was met with a remarkable amount of derision in Iran, especially from the young. It seems -- apart from the fact that these two deluded Israelis do not speak for the Israeli people -- that the people to whom they reach out in Iran aren't exactly interested. You can love whomever you choose. So can the Iranians -- and it isn't Israel and the Jewish people. Please keep your stupid plaintive bleats to yourself.

Because they haven't exactly had much to say at all, beyond leveling a great deal of criticism towards Israel and the Jewish people. Chiefly, the Iranians toward whom the FaceBook page has been directed have greeted it with considerable scorn and much derision.
