31. Ben Arie has a sense of humor
deborah LUrya ,   irvine,CA   (05.10.12)
I love the guy, where is the sense of humor- he is only trying to bring lightness to an otherwise unhappy situation. I will work for him to become the next PM if he will have me.
32. Ben Ari
Col ,   Raanana Israel   (05.10.12)
Whether these posters consitute a crime is debatable. Whether they incite hatred in unarguable - that's what they are intended to do. That Michael Ben Ari is despicable in his contempt for our Israeli democratic and legal systems is blatantly obvious.
33. @29 its 2 early in the game to call this a win. Wait & see.

34. the judges have discredited themselves
rick ,   walnut creek   (05.10.12)
the judges were in a great hurry to vindicate unsupported claims that the land was private arab land. the judges were not interested in seeing documentary evidence supporting the claims of the Jews. the judges are very foolish. they should learn a lesson from American history: the court depends upon the respect of the public and the other branches of govt. if the court forgets that it is an Israeli court and not a european or u.n. or international court (from which no fairness can be expected by Israel), it will continue to erode its credibility and its power.
35. Truth really hurts, you know?
Nurit Greenger ,   Los Angeles USA   (05.10.12)
I am struck by the protestation of shock over "slandering judges due to a decision that was made at their professional discretion..." They are ordering destruction of homes and community based, not on law but on their "professional discretion"?
