If the Egyptians want out out the treaty,so be it,to hell with them,the treaty is an empty piece of paper anyway,there is almost no interaction between the 2 countries,no commerce, Israel should close the Embassy in Egypt,why place the staff in danger of a raging mob, incited by the mullahs ?.a while back it took hours for the US to persuade the Egyptian government to intervene,when a crazy mob attacked the Embassy and ripped down the Israeli flag,remember,Germany attacked Russia despite the fact that there were diplomatic relations between the 2 countries,Egypt is not in a position to go to war,Egypt is bankrupt,they will continue to bark but they have no teeth.

David,Egyptian politicians are not statesmen,they are muslims,and hatred for Jews and other infidels is a important tenet in their faith,the irony is that the Egyptians hate the palestinians more than they hate Israel,the Egyptians blame the palestinians for the losses they suffered in the wars with Israel,the Egyptian hatred for Israel is mostly religious,and partly jealousy,the Egyptians are intoxicated with islamic opium,drug addicts are a danger to their families and neighborhood.
