How typical of the magazine that has lost most of its luster over the years and become almost a has-been of media. There is no room for compromise if the Palestinians continue to refuse to negotiate. Stengel simply leaves that out of his article. There is also no room for compromise if the Palestinians insist on a total construction freeze - as we Israelis will in return demand a total freeze on Palestinian violence...and even Stengel must know that that will never happen.

I'm an American, so I don't get to vote, but if I could, I would vote for Netanyahu. I have lots of friends and relatives in Israel, so I am counting on him to keep them safe.
