Well, seeing how there was never a "Palestine" and the Turks lost the land to the British who then signed it over to the Jews that were living there (since at least the late1800s) but then the British (who incidentally seem to have a hand in all of the world's territorial disputes) made a deal with the surrounding Arab countries who then used the territory to attack the new Jewish state but lost, I would say it's not "occupied" territory. Maybe "disputed", but not "occupied".

Palestine was what this land was called when Israel was conquered by the Romans. Anyone who thinks Palestine is a real nation or that Palestinians are a real nationality is completely ignorant of history. The "West Bank" is Israel every bit as much as Tel Aviv. . Jerusalem is Israel every bit as much as Haifa. Arabs have thousands of square miles of land, let them live on that , but they need to get out of Israel and leave true citizens of the land, the Jews,alone.
