life has become intolerable in the border areas , every night undercover troops cross the borders and hide in the fields + drones flying overhead causing fear and even jamming satellite signal ... people are unable to work in their fields or harvest crops that got ripe months ago

Have you ever even been to Gaza border?? You are obviously dillusional. If life is so impossible stop shoot rockets EVERY day. The left said that if we evacuate the settlements we will get peace. We got Gilaad Shalit kidnapped and hundred of thousands of rockets and mortars on to bigger cities. State facts fool.

IDF wounded 8 Palestinians for what reason, exactly? You kind of left that part out yourself.
The bottom line is that if the Gazans quit firing rockets into Israel, trying to kidnap people, and shooting at IDF troops there would be no violence on the border at all.

The reason for the IDF activities at the Gaza border is to prevent terrorism from being launched by Hamas or its supported groups against the Jewish State.If the Hamas government and its supporters truly believed in peace with Israel,the border would be very quiet.But no,Hamas and its supporters are trying to make life for Israelis as miserable as possible,knowing they cannot destroy the Jewish State.Complain to Hamas,not to Israel.

11. Israel lacks sniper units...the most effective deterrent
on a cold war front.
Were the pali snipers any good, both of these two would have been dead.
A good sniper with the right equipment could knock off an enemy within 1000 meters no problem.
