2. what does deporting to south sudan mean
zionist forever   (05.23.12)
100, 1000, 10,000 Any deportations to South Sudan has to be done with agreement of the South Sudanese government and as this is such a young country will they want thousands coming back from Israel at this time or will we get a few dribs and drabs which will allow Bibi to say I am doing something whilst in reality its just whitewash. What happens if these people don't want to leave, considering we don't have them in custody unless we are going to make mass arrests then where are we going to get our people to deport? Talk is cheap so lets see some real action and start deporting tens of thousands because there are an average of 3000 new people coming into the country every month.
3. And I am black

1. Actually, that's not true. The country of origin must accept citizens of their country subject to deportation. Here, too, if that becomes an issue, then the illegal aliens can be sent to a United Nations refugee camp. No country or international organization has the right to tell a sovereign state that it must keep undesirable aliens within its borders. That's why the United Nations is charged with the responsibility of caring for refugees. 2. Whether the people want to leave or not is irrelevant. They have no legal right to be in Israel. I assure you that the United States does not take into account whether the illegal aliens that are deported from the U.S. want to leave or not.
5. Send them back!!! W/O sums of money though!!!

How many are even from South Sudan and how many are from the old United Sudan as the the State of South Sudan only came into existence in 2011 so the majority of these people are from Sudan before it was divided. Will South Sudan let us send people who came from the old united Sudan or just people from the south? If we can only deport people from South Sudan then the numbers may be in the low thousands rather than the tens of thousands which is the kind of numbers we need to get rid of if we are going to even attempt to get this problem under control. When are we going to actually deport people weeks, months or years? I agree that the people have no right to be here but will the police be willing to go round up thousands of people check they are from South Sudan if they are arrest them and the people who are not from South Sudan let go? Where are we going to keep anybody we do arrest before the detention center is built because we can't stick them all in jail and if they don't want to go back they won't wait around to be deported which is half the problem. This is much more difficult than the AG saying you can deport people from South Sudan.
7. Good response by the Israeli AG!
Israeli 2   (05.24.12)
Now it must be done! This week!
8. All these invaders must be deported.
Phoenix ,   Israel   (05.24.12)
Eli Ishai, Netanyahu, do your job and protect the citizens of Israel from this Third world plague. These savages have no place in Israel.
9. zionist forever #6 doesn't matter
Gee ,   Zikron Yaakov   (05.24.12)
According to all international conventions on refugees - they are considered refugees in the first country that they enter upon leaving their country of origin. In either case - they are not refugees in Israel because neither country borders Israel - they can be deported to Egypt, Sudan or South Sudan. That is called international law and it's way past time that we starting enforcing real interanational laws instead of the fake ones that the NGOs and other idiots are claiming

"How many are even from South Sudan and how many are from the old United Sudan as the the State of South Sudan only came into existence in 2011 so the majority of these people are from Sudan before it was divided. Will South Sudan let us send people who came from the old united Sudan or just people from the south?" That is an issue for the United Nations High Commission for Refugees to address. Since the first thing these people do is throw away identifying information and do not have passports to begin with, Israel really would have no way of knowing where they come from -- unless we have experts who can tell by virtue of linguistic variations. Israel is under no obligation to conduct any degree of due diligence with respect to origination, or date of arrival to Israel. That's a job for the United Nations. "If we can only deport people from South Sudan then the numbers may be in the low thousands rather than the tens of thousands which is the kind of numbers we need to get rid of if we are going to even attempt to get this problem under control." Israel has an absolute right to deport all illegal and undesirable aliens. The United Nations can sort out points of destination or do whatever it is they do to find new homes for these illegals in whatever country is willing to accept them. "When are we going to actually deport people weeks, months or years?" That is a question better directed to the Israeli government. Technically, the answer is "days" or even "hours." They are in Israel illegally, and have no right to be here. The United Nations is required under the U.N. Charter to assume responsibility for refugees who have sought refuge illegally in a country that does not want them. "I agree that the people have no right to be here but will the police be willing to go round up thousands of people check they are from South Sudan if they are arrest them and the people who are not from South Sudan let go?" Again, it is not the problem of the police. Anyone who cannot prove that they have the right to be in the State of Israel is subject to deportation. The United Nations High Commission on Refugees must accept them. That is very clearly written in the U.N. Charter as well. This is a problem which they are required to address. Not Israel. All Israel needs to do is round 'em up and ship 'em out. "Where are we going to keep anybody we do arrest before the detention center is built because we can't stick them all in jail and if they don't want to go back they won't wait around to be deported which is half the problem." They can be rounded up and flown to the nearest United Nations-operated refugee camp as often as necessary -- daily, if need be. The United Nations, by the way, is also required to pick up the tab for their care, feeding, and the costs incurred by Israel related to their detantion while awaiting deportation. As to where to hold them -- the weather is warm, and these people are used to hot. Tent cities in the Negev, with containment fences, would work. It doesn't have to be the Hilton, you know. "This is much more difficult than the AG saying you can deport people from South Sudan." Not really. That is the legal position of the State of Israel. While Israel does have diplomatic relations with South Sudan, it does not with Sudan, which considers itself to be in a state of war with Israel. But here, again, it is the problem of the United Nations. Not Israel.

12. Do the "Settlements" off an opportunity?
TINSC ,   Fairbanks, AK USA   (05.24.12)
It seems cruel to send these refugees back to Sudan. Do the settlements in Judea/Samaria offer a solution for temporary refuge?
13. Israel a racist state
Michael ,   Juba, South Sudan   (05.24.12)
why do you consider us as savages? we have the right to stay just as you had the right to look for help during the times of the holocaust put yourselves in our place what would you do?
14. to #13 No one gave us refuge in WWII!
jason white ,   afula, israel   (05.24.12)
The limies helped the nazis exterminate the Jews by denying us entry to madante palestine, the Jewish homeland. All illegals should be deported, irregardless of their race or religion.

there are people in need you care for them. The illegal aliens have NO concern about the welfare of the Israelis, of Jews having jobs, of Jews living safely from from attack, they came for the MONEY, send them back and let Israel survive for the LEGAL people.
17. Deporting South sudanese
Abbasmoi ,   Madison, USA   (05.24.12)
The bulk of refugees are not South Sudan. What about them?
18. #13 Michael
Netanya ,   Netanya   (05.24.12)
It is not about the S. Sudanese being savages. Many of the infiltrators into Israel are not even from S. Sudan, but from Sudan, where they may have been in danger (physical.) However, they are not in danger today, since S Sudan is independent. They need to go home and build S. Sudan as the Jews did in Israel. There is not a genocide happening in S. Sudan and Israel cannot afford to take in Muslims (who are bent on destroying Israel and genocidally removing Jews from the face of the earth) and others. Israel is just tiny and with not even 7 million citizens, the danger of Israel losing its Jewish identity is foremost for us. Do you know that we have many Israeli children who don't have food every day? We have a huge problem with poor people and work doesn't pay enough for a small family to support itself alone. Sorry, but these are the facts, and your friends will have to go back to Egypt or go back to Sudan or S. Sudan. I wish them well
19. Send them home, but how ?
Istvan ,   BUDAPEST HUNGARY   (05.24.12)
I repeat again, it is a carefully planned arab effort to destabilize Israel. Refugees get help and money in Egypt. A camp must be eshtablished near Eilat, where all refugees get nutrition, shelter and medical aid. Then on the board of cargo ships they will be transported to sudanese- eritrean border and forced to step ashore. In one ship many thousands of refugees can be placed with low transportation costs. The present system - to give money them, and transferred by airplanes, from Ben Gurion - is ridicolous and burdens the israeli tax payers.
20. to 13 If we are a racist state go to a less racist state!!!
flori ,   Israel   (05.24.12)
21. What would you do?
Michelle   (05.24.12)
I genuinely feel for the refugees, but in Egypt they were shot and not given the opportunities we offer them here. Unfortunately, we just don't have the resources to treat all these people and they keep arriving, and we the natives are beginning to suffer because there is not enough work and health resources to go around. If we were racist we wouldn't have taken them in in the first place; no other country did!
22. #13 Israel is not a racist state...
frauss ,   Jerusalem   (05.24.12)
It is a Jewish state and we intend to keep it that way. We also have every right to do so.
23. The problem is universal.
Mary ,   Gr.cyprus   (05.24.12)
What UN did to control birth rate in the countries where there is no future for so many people. Now when millinvaders invading everywhere has the UN made a plan for birth control? NO!! They only ask the countries to accept them for human reasons through laws. Unfortunately the number is increasing people in every country is demonstrating for the basics in their life and instead the governments to look after their people they have to deal with the millions of African and Muslim populations whom their job is to make only children and throw them out to survive with every cost. This is insane. It has to come to an end people not only desperate but AFRAID for the raise of crime. Exactly same thing is happening everywhere!

That would be a problem for the United Nations to sort through. They are illegal aliens in Israel, and that is all the justification that Israel needs to consign them to the United Nations or send them home. The issue is not where they are from, but rather, they do not belong in Israel. That is incontrovertible. Israel has a greater responsibility to the safety and security of its citizen, and the illegals from Africa have severely compromised that basic obligation of a state. Sudan is an independent nation. Eritrea is an independent nation. South Sudan is an independent nation. Fallback and the source from which to request aid and assistance is the United Nations. Israel owes these people nothing. There are plenty of organizations specifically designed to assist these people, and plenty of funds with which to do so. I submit the real reason that these people flock to Israel has nothing to do with threats to their lives and, if their respective governments are totalitarian in nature or unstable, they should work to effect change.
