There have been cases of gay Muslims applying for asylum on the basis that gays suffer abuse in Muslim countries. We could find ouselves with a mass migration of Muslim gays to the EU! On the other hand this gay guy had lived in Israel and has a long-term Israeli partner.

I don't know, maybe it's not that tough. If he's lived in Israel in peace for the last 10 years with the same partner, hasn't been in any trouble, applied through the legal channels & wants to contribute to Israel as a citizen, then I say let him. There are many worse people to worry about than a gay Muslim man who's life is indeed in danger if he's returned to the Palestinian Territories.

This man obviously is not a security risk. His life is in danger. He harms no one. If he is deported to Nablus, he will be killed at worst or his life will become unbearable. He should stay here.
