It is rather a social-anthropoligical fun to try and decode the different Israel Justice in two recent cases. In the case of Mayor (he is still a Mayor, though he's been replaced by temporary coucelor, as acting Mayor) Malka: upon the police investigation, he was already named, juged and convicted by the media, on basis of committing rape (debatable at this time, not proven, but there is no yet a formal case of Justice). The guy has been destroyed (no false pity for him should he be 'really convictes'). In the case in our hands: the pedophil who used and traumatised little girls as young as10-13years of age, that the society failed to put enough means of protection to prevent such a heinous occurences: Israel media decided not to publish his name (describing himself as an unremeedable recidive, and he would'nt trust himself) society has no right to spread his name to protect future abuse....just because he cames from a good family, and we are told that he has children (go figure: has he abused them as well?) but mostly, unlike Mayor Malka who is Sepharad, our guy from the CENTRE of ISRAEL UNIVERSE is Ashkenaze....mark my words.

When it is a societal failure , media is jumping in and try to hide that fact, by eliminating the freightful lack of protection of our most innocent and cherished citizens :the Children. This man has clearly hurt these girls, and he knows it. He admits that he has a problem and that he can't control himself. He also knows he deserved to be punished. Ynet did not use the term because it is a known fact that the vast majority of criminals, perverts and lazy good-for-nothings in Israel are Hiloni, so there is no need to label them.
