31. Turkey and Gazilla flotlla suit
deborah lurya ,   irvine ca   (05.28.12)
aren't these guys beating a dead horse already. The issue is over, everyone knows it was a big fat lie, a PR stunt. Get over it, and move on.
32. To 15 - You are soo right
Ariel ,   Netanya   (05.28.12)
Imagine that we are not buying the Renault Fluence "Electric". Do we need it ? No... After all the new "gas" reserves that we have we can transform our famous "95" tanks to gas tanks for few dollars. And don't forget that the electric car is more expensive then the normal one has limitations and the cost per battery charge is in turkey 1$ and in Israel 60$. Soo where is the "logic". Gas tanks are less then half price of "95" and we don't need anymore to beg for it... It is our Independence day delivered by "Erdogan" !!!
33. Tayfun - Keep on believeing what you believe
David Israel ,   New York, USA   (05.28.12)
If this helps you vote out AKP from government it is good for me. I don't know if I made myself clear but at any rate it does not matter as long as AKP and Erdogan are gone and Turkey is back at Ataturk's path. Selamlar.
34. Laughable
Dave ,   Melbourne australia   (05.29.12)
I totally understand readers disdain with Turkey. Let's relax a little because in truth we are watching a comedy act and it is quite a laugh. For me, I gave up on turkey 2 years ago. This story does nothing for me except confirm NY stance of not buying Turkish and I will never step foot into that country. It is a shame because in Melbourne I am acquainted with people from turkey and they are people, ordinary run of the mill people. Obviously this is not directed at people, but Erdogan and his cronies do them no favors. Israel did the only thing it could do with the mavi marmara and turkey needs to get over it.
35. Turks breaking international law
Nabi Katti ,   Oregon, USA   (05.29.12)
In deliberately sending an armed convoy to Gaza in support of terrorists, several international conventions were broken by Turkey. This indictment is immoral in the extreme. It should not be honored by anyone. Indeed, by helping to foment terror against a sovereign nation, it was an act of war by Turkey. The indictments have no moral right to exist. Turkey has joined the ranks of the outlaw nations. It should be expelled from NATO immediately.
36. NO RESPECT FOR TURKISH COURTS
DANNY TAWIL ,   ENGLAND   (05.29.12)
BOYCOTT TURKEY, THEY CAN GO TO HELL.
37. Any Islamist government...
Ian ,   Newcastle upon Tyne   (05.29.12)
...turns the unfortunate country into a madhouse. THREE CHEERS FOR ISRAEL!!!
38. #30 tayfun
solomon ,   bklyn   (05.29.12)
You are in danger of breaking your own back, given the extreme of contortion you do to yourself, in trying to blame Israel for this garbage. Be careful. Why not mention in your post that the IDF was armed with 'sticks, forks and spoons'? (spoons?! "let's go to the videotapeā€!)
39. #12 Associated Press
ltrail ,   United States   (05.29.12)
The Associated Press is possibly a mouthpiece for the muslim propaganda and version of history. It no longer appears to just report the news; it seems to flavor (taint?) the news.
40. #20 To the Turks - Remember Midnight
ltrail ,   United States   (05.29.12)
A few years ago, while on an organized tour of Greece, we visited Kusadasi, Turkey. I promise that I will never include any port or city in Turkey, in any of our itineraries of the future. Let their tourism dry up because of muslim-controlled government.
41. So
