The Israeli Arabs need to be advanced by Israel. They are a relatively backward society in many aspects, not because of Israel, but because the Arab world in general is more backward, but they can be advanced and integrated into the more developed Jewish society. The question is - Israel was built by the Jews and for the Jews who found no peace and security in the diaspora. Arab citizens should be equal in any sense, but they have a much higher birthrate and as a whole they want Israel to cease being a Jewish state and turn into a state of "all its citizens". This is a problem for Israeli Jews. If Israeli Arabs came forward and said openly that they except Israel as a Jewish state and will stop try to change its character, if they show willingness to serve and contribute to the country - if not in the army then national service etc., I think they will find Israeli Jews much more generous in their willingness to integrate them into the general Israeli society.

While there are radicals among Israeli-Arabs, the striking majority are law abiding citizens who see their future in Israel as a jewish state. If you watch speaches by late Shabak head Yuval Diskin you can see that at the end of the day Israeli-arabs have same priorities/concerns as the jews, they want better life for their kids, better education, economic opportunity, nieghborhood free of crime, etc.. btw, christian arabs in Israel has a lower birth rate and higher level of education than jews in Israel.

Israeli Arabs are free to go anywhere, even having fun with Jewish girls, and you can see them in Tel-Aviv beaches, having the same treatments in hospitals, and even there are Arabs Mk in Kenesset, who are disloyal to the Jewish State.
