I do believe the Ulpana settlers have gone to far and they will lose their battle.

This is my opinion It is not democrocy when a MK cannot vote his coincidence. It is not democrocy when Court Justices rule on politics and are not interviewed and approved by elected representatives before they are appointed just like in the United States.  It Is not a democracy if the leader of a country does not protect your sovereignty such as the capital of Jerusalem and also historic and legal rights to the west bank. #3 in every single similiar case, the ruling was clear. If the person claiming ownership acted immediately, the illegally built houses were destroyed. If the person claiming ownership did not act immediately (as in Ulpana), he received compensation after proving ownership. If the government and the High Court acted in accordance with the law and its own precedent, there would be no danger to Ulpana. In this case, the High Court, the AG and Netanyahu are disregarding the law and acting to destroy the Jews at any cost. #10 where will they sue? At the High Court which wants to destroy their homes and evict their children?
