The villa in question, which was known as the Harun al-Rashid villa, had belonged to the Bisharat family, but they moved out in the early 1930's and leased it to officers of the British Royal Air Force. The Bisharat family were already outside of Mandate Palestine, when Israel declared independence on May 14 1948. Another fact you failed to admit is that Israel was never found guilty of violating that law. And even those that are against cluster munitions admit that, so instead are working to end the use of these munitions the same way they work to end the use of mines....which Hizbullah planted en masse in the same area, and cause damage to civilians and livestock periodically.
