To MK Michaeli: You not only offended gay people you offended any straight person with common sense. You really need to do more than apologize for such statements. You need to volunteer at Jerusalem Open House and work among gay people. Learn something that doesn't come from an antiquated (as in flat earth) education garnered pre-1970. If you work among the gay community you will learn there are many happy people who live to very old ages. Your recent statements actually encourage youngsters who are struggling to commit suicide. Adults in their 40's have usually learned that life gets better and being a teen is the worst time in anyone's life. I am shocked by some of those posts which are offensive, racist etc...I am against homophobia but I am also against some of the anti russian remarks...There is too much hatred around!!!!

She didn't offend me ,granny,in fact I agree with her original statement,but not her apology,that was forced on her by the bleeding hearts.

Her comments and "apology"prove one of two things. Either she's a liar saying she didn't mean to hurt those whom she did hurt or she's stupid to believe what she said in the first place. Either way she should not be a member of the Knesset.
