I do not understand why prisons do not instal cellphone jammers so even if prisoners get hold of a phone the thing wont work. Its not new or expensive technology and it won't affect the running of the prison because the prison has land line phoned for the staff and they communicate with each other using radios not cellphones. Terrorists have been smuggling in cellphones for years now this is just one incident and this won't be the last time it happens so what is needed is some kind of jamming technology.
