Some consider the minority haredi already ruling Israel. Now looking at the 2059 make up of the Jewish segment: ultra-Orthodox at 59%, other Jewish at 31%, so the ultra-Orthodox that are more than half of the Jews in the Jewish state but only 30% of the total Israel population will still be making all the rules. That is the minority rule everyone is talking about.
