ENOUGH of the political machinations by people (like Kadima) who were NOT elected. Israel must stop being just a welfare state to Arabs who have no allegience to this country and just take and take and take.

Israel is lacking menpower to the army and a wooden head people don´t want to join it by the allegation that they need to study to protect the country. Well,can this lawyer point out where is such a thing written in Torah?Yes,because his clients represent Torah in the Knesset and by being so ,no other argument than Torah can fit an eventual defense for their repulsive ( as of now at least)refusing.

Since it's a JEWISH country, the only right thing would be JEWISH law, in other words, TORAH law.

Has the IDF said that it really needs all Haredi and Arab 18 year olds to be drafted? Is this all politics, or is it genuinely an issue of national security? Do israeli Jews really want all Arab 18 year olds drafted against their will and handed guns and trained to use them?

or build roads, any menial work that doesn't involve unnecessary thinking or, jobs with a security risk.. "He who wont work wont eat." end all of their welfare, either they serve or serve time...

How about arming them both and have a 'shoot out' at the place of mutual agreement? Film it, sell Tee shirts, coffee mugs, pictures of the winners and losers and start booking for next years 'shoot out'? Should be a blast. That way, everyone wins.

No need to punish. Reward the ones that go and withhold those rewards from those who don't.
