Some 'police officers' are simply hooligans and vermin - they are not upholding the law of the state of Israel. What they are doing is taking the law into their own hands and acting on their own. Strict background checks, lie detectors and other such tests should be given before accepting any old piece of shit into the police force. I DON'T particularly care for Palestinians, especially those driving around in stolen Israeli vehicles - but the action of these two policemen is fodder for the international press - DUH!
