Any egg is kosher. Agree that the greater the supply, the lower the price. Enough of all this silly regulation that keeps Israeli prices very high.

While a security hole is VERY serious and the matter of the eggs will raise some Kashruth questions and jitters, our correspondent from the UK, as fluffy as his comments were, should be aware that eggs stamped in the UK as being their own are generally from Europe, as the UK law, not concerned with Kashruth, per se, allows such chicanery and it was a matter of routine illusion in the 90's to have, say, Belgian or French imported eggs with a UK made stamp on them because the UK stamp only means that it was packaged for sale in the UK, not that it was created/raised/made there. Such is the sleight of hand UK/European laws use to make fools of the UK consumers. It may not matter to consumers, in fact, but it mattered very much to egg producers in the UK.
