1. Surprising, it did not exist earlier.
Istvan ,   BUDAPEST HUNGARY   (07.11.12)
An important propaganda mean, to inform arabs about realities. What a standard of living have average arab citizens in Egypt, Syria, Jordan etc. Be happy and thankful to live in the State of Israel.
2. Their Website Says It's A TV Station For "Palestinians"
Eduardo Costas Cielo ,   São Paulo, Brasil   (07.12.12)
W.T.F. Is Going On Here? This ISN'T A Station For "Israeli Arabs" It's Another Sham Against The State Of Israel!!! They Don't Identify Themselves As "Israeli Arabs", Their Official Title, In Full, In arabic Reads "A TV Channel For Palestinians Living In 'The State' " - The STATE Of FRIGGIN WHAT???? CONFUSION???
3. To number 2
Fares Khoury ,   Nazareth   (07.12.12)
These presenters are Christian Arabs like me. They are citizens of the state of Israel Their names Tanus and Hori (means priest) are Christian names. Such fools should be careful what they wish for it may come true! If ever there is a Palestinian state our Christian brothers in the West Bank and Gaza (very few left) will be running to my country Israel begging for refuge. Any 'Palestine' will be an Islamic fundamentalist state. Daubed over Gaza, the west bank and even Jerusalem is the phrase' first we get rid of the Saturday people, then the Sunday people' These people are fools!!! I am ashamed of them. I am an Israeli and proud!!! (BTW I did sherut leumi).

7. #3 Is A Bull$hitter
Eduardo Costas Cielo ,   São Paulo, Brasil   (07.12.12)
#3's REAL name is Stu from Brooklyn... Christians in Nazrit (Nazareth) are MUCH more palestinian & separatist in their political beliefs than is commonly believed. We Jews/Israelis tend to be in denial when it comes to these types All I would need to prove my point is to direct clueless doubters to "Youtube" where Christian arab Israelis ROUTINELY bash the state & are MUCH much more sympathetic to the (false historical, myopic) "palestinian" national cause. One particular, now extremely popular Nazarite Christian arab youtube blogger is called "Maha". She is a passive aggressive Hebrew & arabic language teacher who routinely editorializes so subtly that most people are taken aback when they realize what she is doing, the non-Israeli culture she is obviously promoting while masquerading on the surface as an "Israeli-arab". Look her up & see for yourself: Hebrew or arabic lessons with Maha. You will see what I mean.
8. Arabic TV in Israel
Fidel ZLOTOWSKI ,   Paris, France   (07.12.12)
The first Arabic TV in Israel started in 1968, as a service of HaTelevizyah HaIsraelit, from Beit Hayahalomim in Jerusalem. The Hebrew broadcasts were supposed to be an addition to the Arabic ones. Things turned out otherwise.
9. is it lefty-looney mainstream/lamestream?
Tarno   (07.12.12)
I expect so...
10. #9. No, just the demographic reality
(07.13.12)
Get used to it
11. #8 is right - you should be more accurate!
Amos   (10.28.12)
This channel is the first PRIVATE Arabic-speaking channel established in Israel. The state runs Arabic TV (as well as Hebrew TV) since 1968. For almost a decade, the state has 2 channels - Channel 1 for Hebrew and Channel 33 for Arabic. This is the first PRIVATE channel...
