31. Levy report on west bank
Benelux ,   Israel   (07.11.12)
A resounding slap in the face of king Bibi! The protector of Israel!
32. Palestinians refuse peace and land.
Bob K ,   Orlando USA   (07.11.12)
The NYT always blames Israel claimimg that peace means Israel transferring land to Palestinians, There is no demand for the Palestinains to make peace. Gaza is Palestinian controlled and at war with Israel. Since the UN 1947 offer of an Arab state alongside a Jewish state, the Arabs have said NO. They said NO when Jordan ruled the 'west bank', they said NO when Israel offered them 96-98% of the 'west bank' in 2000 and when Israel again offered them more from 2006-8. Since 2009 the PA have refused to join peace talks with Israel. While the Levy report may be a problem for Netanyahu, it is not a problem for peace. The problem is Hamas in Gaza and Abbas' PA which refuses land for peace negotiations. The PA have decided that refusing peace will cause most governments to pressure Israel to hand over land to the PA with no security guarantees for Israel. . The NYT implcitly supports this position or else it would be demanding an immediaet return to peace talks by the PA. and PA control of Gaza.

Wrong about Jordan starting the 1967 War. Israel even admits it opened hostilities with Egypt and don't try to twist it with disingenuous pre-emptive language. Wrong about the New York Times never writing about Tibet: Google "China Terrorizes Tibet" and others. I don't have time to expose the other half-truths and assorted flotsam. Do you just make this up as you go along, expecting all to bow before your facile rants? And last, do you plan to reuse WW2 railcars as a fitting touch to "repatriate" the Palestinians to Jordan in your master plan for ethnic cleansing? The Energizer Bunny of Hatred just keeps on going and going and going...
35. A LEVY WITH A KIPA
DAVID PA ,   WEST BANK OF DELAWAR   (07.12.12)
IT LOOKS LIKE RIGHTS AND BALANCE FOR JEWS IS ON THE CHOPPING BLOCK WITH OUR OWN DOING THE BUTCHERING.
36. Taken by Israel from Jordan?
Sherlock Holmes ,   London UK   (07.12.12)
The Brits gave 77% of Mandatory palestine to create the Arab Kingdom of [Trans]Jordan on the East Bank of the River Jordan, leaving 23% on the West Bank for the Jewish homeland. In 1948 the Jordanians occupied the West Bank and East Jerusalem -- but only two countries recognised Jordan's right to be there. In 1967 Israel took back East Jerusalem and the West Bank. You can't be occupying your own homeland. Hebron, Bethlehem and Jerusalem as the heartland of the ancient Jewish homeland, just as Arabia is the ancient homeland of Palestinian Arabs.
37. New York Times
Danny ,   London England   (07.12.12)
Israel has Haaretz, Britain has the BBC, Guardian and Independent and the USA has trhe New York Times. Each has its own agenda when it comes to Israeli and Jewish issues.
38. #34 Jordan did attack Israel in 1967.
Jake   (07.12.12)
Israel may have "opened hostilities" against Egypt, in response to Egypt's illegal naval blockade of the Straits of Tiran (an act of war in international law). However, Jordan and Syria and Iraq then decided to open their own unprovoked hositilites against Israel, by attacking it. King Hussein admitted it in his memoirs, and regretted it.
