1. Pure fanatacy

2. Wishful delusions
Spyguy ,   Seattle USA   (07.13.12)
The reality is Iran is perfectly capable of ensuring none of this happens. They can generate their own version of Linux (Like China has done) which will be immune to most malware. They can use off-the-shelf chips purchased in bulk through fourth parties, so any bogus chips end up in the US or EU. The nuclear facilities can be on a separate network just like the SS7 phone data network has no connection to the public network. There are lots of simple and effective ways to prevent problems. This is just more eye-wash by people that are dumber than rocks talking to even dumber, naive people.
3. Keep sending viruses, keeps the sanctions, fund unrest
Iranian Hunter   (07.13.12)
Block baby block. Let the Saudis handle Iran when it comes to oil. Let USA and Israel handle Iran when it comes to encryption and hacking. Let the kurds and sunnis handle Iran when it comes to Syria, Lebanon, and ....... Iran. :) You can do it Israel, they are cracking from the inside, and they are losing everything. While the Chinese and Russians and Americans and European laughing their way to the banks with sweet good Syrian weapon money, and Iranian nuclear plant money. Russia is good for Israel despite what the media is telling. They are one of the nations that voted YES for Israel, while the rest of the world voted no. The orthodoxs are back ! and they want back Byzantine. hahaha.
4. #2 hey numbskull, Linux is open source.
Iranian Hunter   (07.13.12)
ANYONE can makes Linux numbskull because it is ALREADY FREE and OPEN and ANYONE can do it. Numbskull POS. Go back worshipping Assad picture or Khomenei picture. And leave technology to the smart people. Nice try though, you sounded smart when you pretend to know technology.
5. Iran will have nuke tech now, and 100 years from now
COLBERT ,   Treadmill, ISS   (07.13.12)
Iran has learned the lessons of Libya, that giving up WMDs, to appease the West, does not make you safer, but only opens you up to NATO bombing in the future, because they no longer fear your WMDs.
6. #5 then they are going to learn the lesson of North Korea.
Iranian Hunter   (07.13.12)
You'll starve and be bankrupt, but you'll have nuke. And yes, when they decided to launch the nuke to nukes Israel / Saudi. They'll be nuked first, or the nukes will blows up before it even launched. Make no mistake, if they wanted nuke, they should get it, Made in USA.
7. #3 iranian
solomon ,   bklyn   (07.13.12)
I support your sentiments, however the world and Russia have changed since the original UN vote accepting partition. Russia voted as they did because they thought they were welcoming an ally in socialism; but became disillusioned. They have since given strong support to Israel’s enemies, and still do.
8. Iranian hunter - Kol Ha'kavod !

9. #4. You did not understand a world of what Spyguy has posted
Persian CAT   (07.13.12)
Yet you start barking at him/her like a rabid dog! Linux is Open Source. That means Iran can create a "flavor" of it with better security! So stop talking out of your derriere and start paying attention to what the adults are talking about.
10. #9 You don't get it do you ahmadinejad ?
Iranian Hunter   (07.13.12)
I said Linux is open source, and no numbskull. That means EVERYONE can makes it, the fact that Iranian made a new "flavor" of Linux does not mean anything, get it ? Again, stop pretending to know anything about technology and go back reading your shia hadith or worships Assad picture, Persian cat, numbskull.
11. #10 - Persian Cat is very correct and you
Spyguy ,   seattle usa   (07.13.12)
don't know anything. Yes, Linux is open source which, as Persian Cat correctly points out, means Iran can modify it to make it much, much harder for the US/Israel to do anything. Simple things like forcing every app to have an encrypted key to run. The bottom line is Iran has more than enough very good engineers to do anything they want with technology. The more the US/Israel try to isolate Iran , the more technologically capable they become. The more they are forced to make their own stuff, the more formidable they become. BTW - HuffPo has a nice article about how there are almost 100 stores selling brand new Apple products in Iran even though Apple even refuses to sell products to US citizens that speak Persian. How are those sanctions working? Did you realize that all human brains are very similar - that is, Iranian engineers are just as capable as US/Israel engineers.
12. SO,WE SETTLE FOR CYBERWARFARE
MAHMOOD ,   LONDON-UK   (07.14.12)
For the last seven years, various military options were thought about but the price for the same was astounding and thus we now settle for cyber warfare. That is good enough but what about the latest report of Iran having accumulated quite a handsome amount of 20% enriched uranium. The Stuxnet, which has become a favourite usage for Sarah did nothing then, did it?In fact, the Iranians are on extra alert for any more of these virus. And how did the Russians get involved,if I may ask?Did they start assisting the Iranians prior to the Stuxnet attack or was it after?Much as the article tries to make it look that the Iranians are not capable of sorting out these atttacks, the more smarter are the Iranians becoming.I think it is high time one admits the Iranian capabilities rather than to undermine them making it look as though they don't know what was happening. Very sensible move indeed in making it look that the military option is not that important as is the cyber warfare. Why don't the relevant authorities admit and be truthful that the military option has the risk of hurting the regional country beyond comprehension. That is the truth but presented in twisted way!!
13. The pakis had their bomb in 1998
Ralph Haglund ,   Lund, Sweden   (07.14.12)
