As the snake's head of Middle East terrorism. Nobody trusts or believes a word the Iranians say and if the role they have already played in Syria to help Assad butcher his own people is anything to go by, the Iranians are not welcome in Syria - or anywhere else for that matter.

Iran has already sent units of the Revolutionary Guard into Syria to bolster Assad's regime. Of course, the Revolutionary Guard has been largely ineffective against a determined Syrian resistance. Perhaps that is what the Iranians wish to hide from world view -- their vaunted Revolutionary Guardsmen aren't all that good. Assad has the complete upper hand, but the rebels remain a considerable force with which to contend. Not good for Syria, and even worse for Iran. Hence Iran's turnabout and mealy-mouthed preaching.

P5.1 & Ashton are back-stabbing Israel. Its been confirmed by journalists privy to the P5.1 talks that even though the talks are dead, the process is being being kept alive & dragged on indefinitely through "expert-level talks" and other such technicalities by Ashton solely to prevent an Israeli strike. Netanyahu and Ehud Barak should note the P5.1 devious tactics and take action against Iran on their own.
