Actually, because in the U.S. so many men are circumcised (including non-Jews) most women in this country are turned off by the sight of uncircumcised men. In fact, I have non-Jewish girlfriends who won't even date a man who isn't circumcised. And while it's possible that the women you mentioned might love Scandinavian men...I suspect it's not exactly their uncircumcised genitalia that's attracting them.
