31. Why didn't Israel send a Bulgarian speaking Dr.?
There are tens of thousands of Jews born in Bulgaria living in Israel today and for sure several hundred of them are Dr's.
Shame on the Israeli government for not thinking about it

Jews of territories occupied by Bulgaria were deported . And the Danish people saved almost ALL of their Jews by transporting them to Sweden .

I have searched the web site of Maccabi health service for doctors speaking Bulgarian , No result !
Many , if not most , Israelis of Bulgarian origin , made Alyah more than 60 years ago . I knew two of them , my brothers in law . Their children don't speak Bulgarian anymore .
Don't forget that it are special rescue teams of IDF and MDA who are send to help in such cases . They left Israel quasi immediately after the attack was known . So no time to search for doctors who speak bulgarian
