Why are these kind od incidents on the increase? Is the Gov "care a dam" attitude never going to change- these are people in distress who need help. Do something about it or resign, if you can't handle the pressure.

People should start to think a little bit more before bringing children into the world. The only one to blame here is the parents ! . No matter what Bibi does or doesn't do, Israel will always have a certain number of "people in distress". Every country has. No government can fit its entire population under a life-proof security umbrella. Some will always fall by the wayside. That isn't the government's fault - that's life.
