“Evil” is any thought, word, and/or deed leading to destruction. “Destruction” is stopping it from functioning for which it exist. Therefore the statement “Tax hikes are necessary evil” is therewith an acknowledgement that it will bring destruction (see above) to the nation. I agree that tax hikes, are necessary. What I object to, is that they will pay for goverment ministers, without portfollo. Bibi said, there are no free lunches. His ministers without portfollo, are geting free lunches.

...and he and the 3 ministers without portfolio and 5 deputy ministers are NOT necessary. He is just Bibi's lap dog.

While we count the money we don't have, we should look at the bright side. Dafni can drink more cappucinos and our money is used to draft Haredim who don't want to serve and we don't want to serve.

Here's an idea before you raise our backbreaking taxes cut salaries of Knesset members, reduce and tax their perks. Cut Vat on food so that those of us already struggling to survive can indeed feed our families. Increase Betuiah Leumi payments for elderly and struggling families with disabled members ! You may be welcoming more Olim but you are also encouraging many people to leave as well.

The evil is not just in the way the government collects money from us, but also in how the government spends our money.

still cannot afford to live. This country is in the worst state EVER. Things have never been so bad here.
