A simple knee surgery in Herzliya Medical Center costs 12000 $ so I decided rather not to make it in Israel.
2. Israeli hospitals

While it is true that Israel needs to improve its bed/patient ratio, Israeli hospitals are among the most advanced in the world. I would choose an Israeli hospital any day over hospitals in Mexico or Turkey which apparantly receive high OECD ranking.
