but at least these actions have caught up with him. Perhaps he will join form president (what was his name?) in jail. Let us hope that men will now take care to not use their position in the work force to take advantage of women. And let us praise these women who came forward to complain (especially police women to the police!). Men, the work force is to work not to take advantage of women. Overstep your bounds and you will pay the price!

so why this guy isn't in custody?

a major protest should begin against the police. this is outrageous but not surprising in Israeli culture.

of Israel will dimiss the criminal charges against this crook because he's one of theirs.

Isn't that a sort of conspiracy by the state that allows his freedom while ignoring the formal complaints by several of his employees? Why are their complaints met with such gross indifference? This is the part of Israeli 'justice' that escapes me. When will Israeli women enjoy the equal protection of the law as is supposed to be the norm rather than the exception? Clean thy house! Women are at least half of your population. This sort of story also encourages Israel's enemies to compare her to the muslims treatment of their women, which is abominable. Think about it, "justice delayed is justice denied."

to intimidate women. I keep remembering Itzhak Mordechai and the price he paid. Surprisingly, even after many incidents of sexual harassment, there are still guys who think they are immune and continue to perpetrate the crime of badgering women. I am glad that in all my working years I didn't suffer such experiences.

The decision to exonerate Nissim Edri is a shame on the police. It is a criminal act to know of and not report a crime. How much more so for a police officer himself! One hopes very, very much that Niso Shaham isn't also exonerated! He should be in jail with Moshe Katzav.

Why indeed? Screams ( silently ) of male chauvinism... I'm waiting for one or more of these ladies to sue him and the state and make a 'federal case' out of it. Absolutely unlawful to deny these women of their rights as free citizens of Israel to be ignored and denied equal justice under the law ( assuming there is still such a law on the books that was criminally neglected by both the police and the state )
