You can't compare the scenario of a nuclear-armed Iran with any of the others. Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Jordan have all promised they will also get nukes if Iran gets them. The Saudi & Jordanian regimes might fall soon. Egypt just had a revolution & can't control it's own territory. None of the current nuclear states were threatening to wipe the other off the map while building their nukes. Iran calls Israel a cancer and says they need enriched uranium for "medical isotopes" - they must be planning to treat the cancer with radiotherapy. Israel has offered the PA control over Temple Mount & 99% of Judea/Samaria, it wasn't nukes that made the PA say no.
