2. Is he brain dead..?
Beary White ,   Norway   (08.07.12)
Looks like some israeli wants to have they fame in newspapers, even if their life is put in danger. We would like to call them idiots. And so would I.; Idiot, please put the jungle on fire, like the chilean forest-fire some months ago....
3. Cool Israeli dude, loving nature.
Michael ,   California, USA   (08.07.12)
A type of a liberated Israeli American who was getting out to the woods, not into a shul filled with smelly books and full of wiggling penguins wearing black. That's what living modern life in Israel and the U.S. contributes to your mind and soul. I hope he finds his way out and lets us know how to join him there in the jungle.
4. Hatred and a comment
Ellen ,   Israel/USA   (08.07.12)
The level of hate in Michael ( # 3) is overwhelming. This story has nothing to do with those who are Orthodox, Hareidi or anything else. One can almost feel sorry for the person whose knee-jerk reaction to anything concerning Israelis/Jews is to write an off topic hate filled response. It begs the question of the level of hate at YNET that it gets published. ( as I doubt this will) In terms of Grossman, he knowingly went where he wasn't wanted. No government should spend hundreds of thousands to locate and rescue him--and if they do he should get the bill. People need to take responsibility for their actions. He apparently takes none. A character trait of do what I want, when I want and how I want is not something to be emulated, but something to be pitied for the extreme selfishness of it all.
5. clearly chronological age has nothing 2 do w/maturity!
Jew with Cojones ,   Israel   (08.07.12)
or intelligence or basic understanding of the rights and feelings of others! I feel for Mr. Grossman age 64, I do, and since the USA will not pay to send in a rescue, well since he's Israeli we'll have to go fish him out of his fine mess. (Kol Israel Aravim Ze le Ze) But truly his actions are irresponsible selfish and disrespectful of the people living in that forest. One would think that he'd know just a tiny bit better!
6. #3 u should c a therapist! 2 much hate in ur heart can ....
(08.07.12)
cause a heart attack and kill you! Really man, what is your sorry message all about? Hatred! Wow feeling very sad for you.
7. Another dumbass looking for adventure...move on shall we
Al   (08.07.12)
I have no tolerance for these morons.. Yes they are that dumb selfish and moronic.
8. #4 Ellen, You did understand me very well.
Michael ,   California, USA   (08.07.12)
Rest assured I solidly stand behind everything I wrote because Grossman is a wonderful person whose lifestyle your "Orthodox, Hareidi or anything else" should emulate. But as to finding and rescuing him from Ecuador, the responsibility should fall on the US government, not on Israel.
9. #8 Michael
Ellen ,   Israel/USA   (08.07.12)
Of course I understood what you wee saying. What I feel sorry for is a person who is so anti- some other people that he needs to make negative comments about them when the story has nothing to do with them. BTW you may be very surprised about the level of fun and adventures an Orthodox person can participate in. But, you'd never acknowledge because it would go against your distorted world-view.
10. michael in cali
yosef ,   williamsburg US   (08.07.12)
I haven't seen any penquins in shul lately. Your comments are childish. And i hope this ex-whatever Grossman is found but the US govmnt is not responsible for him, nor ecuador. How illogical can you be??
11. #9, Fun is viewing the BnBrak jungle from the back of a bus.
Michael ,   California, USA   (08.07.12)
I do acknowledge there are various levels of fun. For instance, there might be fun living in oblivion under a penguin garb. A completely different level of fun would be staying guard at night protecting sleeping soldier comrades in a tent somewhere. Acknowledge it, there is not the slightest chance in the world you could understand the fun Grossman has had being in the jungle in Ecuador.
12. BE CAREFUL OUT THERE FOLKS
DA RAP ARTIST ,   SAFED OPERA HOUSE   (08.07.12)
