Haredim are willing to pay a lot to live in Jerusalem and Kiryal Yovel is next to Beit Vagen... the secular Jews are happy to sell their small apartments for more than $300,000 and buy much bigger homes outside of Jerusalem. Article is silly instead focus on how religious is having more children than secular! That's the real game-changer.
