In a perfect world (that is, one without religion) you would be thrown in jail just for presenting the idea, let alone if you were to actually perform this barbaric ritual. Circumcision is cruel enough to force on a child - and I say this as a circumcised Jew [no, I am not self-hating or an atheist] - without the insult of subjecting him to sexual abuse.
