Job in the Holy Scriptures made a covenant with his eyes not to look upon a maid. The sight of the eye is where adultery begins that spreads to the heart and then to the actions of a person. Women should dress modestly to please the Lord and to help males who are trying to walk the narrow path, the old path that the Prophet Jeremiah said is the good way. Women should ask themselves if they are dressing to please the Lord and if not, then change so that they are. We are His creation and we are not here to please ourselves but to please the Lord.

So we have our extremists too. Baruch Hashem the numbers are not many. They are harmful to woman and the State, but overall non-violent. That's why it's not fair to compare them to Taliban. As Torah observant Jews, we can feel sorry for them. Only Hashem knows the damage they will do to their eyes. When I see them walking around facing the buildings so they don't see women I feel pity, for they may think they are doing something Holy, but are totally missing the mark of the spirit of the law in their exteremism.
