Africans, Asians, Arabs, Russians, Turks, Europeans - everybody who enters Israel illegally should be thrown out. If Jews enter Israel illegally they should be thrown out too. Jews for example have no reason to enter Israel illegally since they can easily buy an air ticket, go on vacation or make aliyah and settle down - there is no reason for Jews to enter Israel illegally since Israel's policy is to allow Jews to make aliyah. But the law is the law and this law is meant to 1) protect the Jewishness of Israel and 2) to protect the independence and sovereignty of Israel.

We have too many non Jews here. It's one thing if non Jews are 1% or maybe 5% of the population - then Israel could maybe be a bit more generous with non Jews becoming citizens. But if non Jews are already 20% of Israel's population, letting them in would only jeopardize Israel's Jewish character. By losing this court case and having to shell out $1.2 million to friends of the IDF I imagine that might be considerd brining shame to the family and we all know what Muslim daddies like to do to their daughters who shame the family.

Firstly lets give Yishai the money and authority he needs to take action because without that its pointless. Once the money is there build lots of these super detention centres enough to lock up all the people already here and the ones who are still coming. Create a new body whose sole responsibility is investgating illegals. Once we have people to do the investogating check out everybody and if they are found to be an economic migrant they are sent home at their own expenses ASAP. If they are legitimate refugees and if its now safe to send them home we do so. If they are refugees and we can't send them home then we keep them locked up in refugee camps until we can send them home, as long as they are in refugee camps we don't have to release them after 3 years and so we can keep them off the streets. Right now the police are part the problem because they have no real desire to arrest illegals unless the rape women of course. The police must be ordered to arrest all illegals and if they need more manpower then we can use soldiers. If they look like an illegal and they can't produce ID they are arrested sent to a detention centre until they can prove them belong here. Finally lets get minicipalities to reclaim reclaiim areas these people previously occupied make then nice so even those neighborhoods can be the kind of places where Israelis would want to live.
