31. It is the same scenario ......
Merca ,   Barcelona.SPAIN   (08.17.12)
than Iran years ago.Carter before and Obam today had given way to radical islamists in the place of west allies(Shah and Mubarak). Concerning peace with arab countries(Egypt,Jordan..) there's only a namely peace bought with american money.
32. Now another war with Egypt is now a certainty
ghilmeini ,   USA   (08.17.12)
It is only a question of when. Sadly many Jewish families will lose some of their sons fighting the Muslim Brotherhood. At lot of the blame goes on Mubarak who used antisemitism to deflect blame from the regime. Hatred of the Jewish people is a universal value in modern Egypt.
33. Arab Spring = third Yihad
motigol ,   mexico city   (08.17.12)
34. Mohamed Morsi Egypt new dictator
Bernard B. ,   NY United States   (08.17.12)
I believe history does repeat itself Morsi has taken control of Egypt similiar to how Hitler took control of Germany in 1933. Like Hitler he is very anti-semetic. He wants to impose the sharia law like how Hitler imposed the Nuremberg laws. He has taken a path worse than Mubarak its more of a Hitlerian path. The American media has said nothing about this. He poses a threat to peace in the middle east especially to Israel. He is not a democratic leader in anyway he's a fascist islamist nazi dictator in the making. It took Hitler a month to remove all opposition and critics, like Hitler Morsi also just took a month. The people of Egypt have elected a Hitler. He will become the next Hitler if he isn't stopped.
35. The Feared Muslim Brotherhood
Avi ,   USA   (08.18.12)
Why are the masses not in Tahir Square against this? because they are deathly afraid of the Muslim Brotherhood. Unlike soldiers shooting at you while you protest. the Muslim Brotherhood will kill you in the dead of night in secret. Lets face it - It's the new Islamic Mafia
36. Anti-Morsi and anti-Muslim brotherhood people are being c
Rivkah   (08.18.12)
crucified in Egypt, the evangelists report. A popular place of crucifixions is on trees outside Morsi's residence.
37. Syria next (end)
Mak ,   London, UK   (08.18.12)
38. Sarah B.
Walt ,   Atlanta, GA, U.S.A.   (08.18.12)
This is a perfectly accurate explanation of what lies ahead of Egypt and its people.
39. We have to summerize...
Beary White ,   Norway   (08.18.12)
...islamic followers are not able to make democracy, live in democracy and not able to understand what democracy is.
40. No different then the US or Israel
SD Charger ,   San Diego   (08.18.12)
Yes, we "elect" our leaders, but lobbyist control the laws. Bought and paid for bureaucracy. No different then us. This election in Nov will shine a light on where the US stands vs it's government. The only difference these days - the internet. Nothing happens without being uploaded or live streamed, so we may witness revolution instead of reading about it.
41. Don't blame Obama
SD Charger ,   San Diego   (08.18.12)
My views differ from his, but putting the blame on him for Egypt's Arab Spring is not true. If he stepped in for Mubarak, we would still be fighting in Egypt today. Their citizens revolted, we didn't plan or start any 'coup there. THEY will have to stand up to Morsi if and when he steps out of line.
42. How is this different from Arutz 7 being illegal?
Jhan   (08.19.12)
It's the same in Israel, only leftie-loonies are allowed to spout, everyone else is a second class citizen, and if you're a patriot, watch out, you'll get beaten up with an iron bar, forced to abandon your home etc.
43. SD Charger #40
Gee ,   Zikron Yaakov   (08.19.12)
I take you have never been to the Middle East or for that matter any other country in the world. That is obviously because you have no clue as to what you write. Please do not discuss subjects that you have no knowledge of, it just confirms your ignorance
44. The only surprise is...
M. Davison ,   Ra'anana, Israel   (08.19.12)
That anyone is surprised at this. Wasn't the example of elections in the Palestinian territories convincing enough to show that democratic elections don't produce a democratic government without massive preparation beforehand?
45. ...well as the saying goes,...every people elect the gover..
Igal ,   Tel aviv   (08.19.12)
They want dictatorship, they want sharia law, they want the muslim brotherhood, they want anti semitism, they want hatred of israel, they want Sinai once a paradise, now ruled by al qaida, they want 3000 gdp.....well they deserve it. Thats panishment already, google shmoogle revolution haha. Back to Pharao days. All we have to do is continue to excell and defend ourselves from the barbarians in the fences, and let those who elect Islamic Dictatorships rot in their own desert.
46. Anti semitism
Aiman ,   Egypt   (08.19.12)
Reading the post on this page, i have one thing to say. Practice what you preach
47. Dictatorship
Etienne Prinsloo ,   Nova Scotia Canada   (08.19.12)
Obama and Co could not get rid of Mubarak fast enough. This fits in nicely with Obama's support of Islam. The US is still providing vast amounts of military and financial aid to a hard line Islamic government. Washington suffers from the same malady as Europe- Blindness to all of Islam's evils. And yet, they are encouraging Iran's nuclear program. How sad.
48. Arab democracy
Linichka ,   Gdynia, Poland   (08.20.12)
A classic example of oxymoron.
49. it's been said that
arne ,   chicago usa   (08.21.12)
"the best form of government is a good king" and that's what morsi might become--let's not worry--egypt's going to better off--this guy's no dummy. he'll be o.k. and israel if their smart will work with him
50. Do not worry , The majority of Egyptians are not fanatics
AHMED ,   TANTA , EGYPT   (08.21.12)
I can claim that i know many Muslim Brotherhood, liberation of Jerusalem means Palestinians and Arab can visit holy places freely and not to kill Jews or kick them out of their land, especially almost more than half of Israel population may be born in Israel, as this is not a a practical solution (inhumane, insane and idiotic) for Arab-Israel conflict. Israel is a developed country and its future (economy, security and stability) depends on its integration into neighborhood. Israel politicians have to solve the problem of indigenous people (Palestinians) and accept their existence, as the case of USA, Canada, Australia and South Africa.
