I used to have a very low sperm count while living in Israel. Then I went to Latin America for 3 years. After about 6 months in Latin America my sperm count jumped, also my overall sexual performance improved significantly, no longer needed viagra. But a few months after I returned to Israel, my sperm count and virility went back down. My theory is that it may have something to do with the food and water in Israel.
