Mark ,   London, UK   (08.20.12)
It's very heartwarming that a private individual would like their ashes in Jerusalem and their home country. But is this proper for an ambassador?

I believe that this wouldn't be proper for an English ambassador.

In the small actions of a human being we find his greatness...may his memory be for a blessing to his family.

If this ambassador and his family see it fit to remember Israel in this manner then it is correct and worthy.

Mike B ,   London   (08.20.12)
Chan, FL "I believe that this wouldn't be proper for an English ambassador" Why not? By the way, there is no such thing as an English Ambassador although the British Ambassador to Israel is Jewish and the Israeli Ambassador to the United Kingdom was born in London. Beseder?
10. Why all the fuss?
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (08.21.12)
A gentleman who worked tirelessly to promote Chile-Israeli relations has asked that a portion of his cremains be scattered in Jerusalem, Israel's eternal and undivided capital. Why would anyone have a problem with that? We should go a step further and name a street or a plaza in Jerusalem for him.
11. @10 yallah go talk 2 the right committee & get it done!
(08.21.12)
you and your big talk tire. Let's see you get behind an actual effort. You can start by calling the Jerusalem Municipality and getting the rules for how to get a plaza or street named after him!
