At least it shouldn't be. I wonder how member states of the EU (especially the ones that are already bankrupt or on the verge of bankruptcy) feel about the hundreds of millions of euros that are spent to purchase the alleged loyalty of decting Syrians. For all we know, these "defectors" are acting in collusion with Bashar Assad, who needs to build up a war chest. Anyone bother to check?

The worst is, that such news isn't published here in Holland, we only get 'pro-rebel' news. Many here think the 'rebels' (terrorists paid by the west) are the 'good' guys. It worries me...

It should worry you. There is substantial evidence to support claims that the rebels have massacred entire villages in order to point a finger at Assad's regime and blame them. It is certain that Assad is guilty of war crimes and crimes against humanity -- but so are the rebels. It's important to keep that in mind.
