What we know about cancerous tumours is that despite all the research and man's attempts to prevail over them, in the long run they very rarely succeed and the cancerous tumours win the fight. Diarrhoea by contrast responds very easily to treatment - a few potent suppositories usually does the trick in extreme cases! The biggest problem with diarrhoea however is that it can be contagious and so treatment may need to be wide spread!
