only in israel would the idea of "segregation" even arise. anywhere else on the planet, nobody would bother to provide shelters at all for migrants, and problem solved. arab countries provide no shelters, even for their own people - they're lucky if they don't get used as human shields. if and when, god forbid, the bombs start to fall, "segregation" will be the last thing on everyone's mind, so long as there's enough room in the shelters for everyone.

We shouldn't be worrying about segregated bomb shelters, instead we should be building detention facilities so we can lock up every one of the illegals. Legitimate refugees whose country of origin is now safe and illegal economic migrants deport now. Refugees whose country is not safe to return to then build refugee camps where they get food,shelter and medical care and they are all in one place so when it is safe to deport them we know where they all are Force the police to get their act together and arrest these people, right now for the most part they see arresting illegals as just being a pointless exercise. If they need them draft the border police but these people must be either deported or held in refugee camps and must not be roaming the streets committing crime.
